To delete a Role, follow these steps:
Step 1 Log into CRM
Step 2 On the landing page, click on Administration from the main menu
Step 3 Hover over Permissions
Step 4 Click on the Roles sub-category
Step 5 To delete a role, click on the role within the list of roles
5.1 Click the Delete button
5.2 Click Yes in the confirmation message
Note: When activity log fields and pipeline field types have been tied to a role, that role cannot be deleted. If a role has those assignments, an error message will appear when attempting to delete from the Roles list.
