Deleting Field Groups (CLTX209)

To delete Field Groups, follow these steps:

Step 1                Log into CallTrax NEXT

Step 2                On the landing page, click on Discovery from the main menu

Step 3                Click Research

Step 4                To delete a field group, click the drop-down arrow next to the Open button

4.1                      Click Field Group Manager

Step 5                Click on the name of the desired Field Group

5.1                      Click Delete

5.2                      Click Yes in the confirmation message
