To generate the Activity Log Report, follow these steps:
Step 1 Log into CRM
Step 2 On the landing page, click Discovery from the main menu
Step 3 Click Research
Step 4 The filter window should be extended. If it isn’t, click the Filter icon to extend it
Step 5 Use the or the Fast Filter icon to create a filter on the desired log activity.
Note: You must have a filter containing activity log conditions in order for the Activity Log Report option to be available. For a refresher on the steps for building filters, please review the Creating Filters and Using Fast Filters procedures.
5.1 To apply the filter, click Activate
Step 6 Select a Field Group that contains activity log fields
6.1 Click Open located to the right of the selected Field Group
6.2 Click the CallTrax Activity Logs Default field group to select it
Note: If you have created your own Field Group that contains Activity Log fields, feel free to select that group instead. The selected field group must contain at least one activity log field in order for the Activity Log Report output to be available.
Step 7 Click the drop-down arrow for Select Output
7.1 Select Activity Log Report from the menu
Step 8 To print the report, click the drop-down arrow for Select Output
8.1 Select the desired format: PDF or Excel
