Step 1 Log into the Digital Communication platform
Step 2 Use the product drop-down arrow to select Text Messaging
Step 3 Click Text Messaging
Step 4 Click Begin to add a new text message
4.1 Click the drop-down arrow to select a Folder to place the text into (optional)
4.2 Type an SMS Name
4.3 Enter a message in the SMS Text Message box
4.4 To send a sample, type a Mobile Number and click the Send Sample button
4.5 Click Submit once setup is complete
Step 5 Click the desired text message
Step 6 Click Publish
Step 7 Make the Publish Date/Time selections:
7.1 Click the Calendar Date box
7.2 Type or select a date from within the Calendar box
7.3 Use the drop-down arrows to select a Time
7.4 Use the drop-down arrow to select a Time Zone
7.5 Enable/Disable the Auto launch to new opt-ins (optional)
7.6 Select to Send Text Message To:

- All subscribers: Send to all those who have opted-in
- Subscribers on opt-in date: Choose a date and send to the subscribers who opted in on the selected date

7.7 Enter a Notification Email (optional)
Step 8 Click Publish
Note: All subscribers who have Opted-in will receive the text message.
Step 9 To see the current total subscribers, click the gear button
9.1 Click Text Reports
9.2 Click the drop-down arrow for Subscriber Opt-Ins to select a time period for the report
The report will update immediately upon selection
9.3 To view the list of Total Opt-Ins, click the hyperlinked number to the right of
Total Opt-ins
9.4 To view the list of Total Opt-Outs, click the hyperlinked number to the right of
Total Opt-outs
Step 10 To manually Opt-Out an individual, click Opt-out List
10.1 Type a mobile number
10.2 Click Add
Step 11 To see a list of the Opt-Outs, click Download All Opt-Outs
