To access quick reporting which includes click-through rates and click-through open rates, follow these steps. Please note: Email Performance will only be gathered on published emails that have been delivered.
Step 1 Log into the Digital Communication platform
Step 2 Select the Product Suite product and the Emails module
Step 3 Click the Published tab
Step 4 Click the desired email
Step 5 Hover over Reports, and select Email Performance
Note: In the left margin, there are additional report or filter options which can be used to enhance data visualization.
Step 6 Click the download icon to the right of each category to access the corresponding report
Note: To the right of Unique Opens and Click-throughs, there are two download icons. One is for the report showing unique opens or click-throughs whereas the other is for total opens or click-throughs. Hover over the icons to see what report they will generate.
6.1 Set the report format as desired
6.2 Determine if the report will be password protected
6.3 Click Download
Note: The Click-through Rate (CTR) detail link is located below the top section of the report.
Step 7 Click the download icon to the right of each category to access the corresponding report
Note: Specific information for the browser, operating system, email client, and mobile device is displayed here at the bottom of the report.
Step 8 Click Download PDF to download a copy of the Email Performance report
