CallTrax NEXT Deleting Dashboards (CLTX104)

The following procedures will guide through deleting Dashboards within CallTrax NEXT.

Step 1              Log into CallTrax NEXT.

Step 2              On the landing page, click on Dashboard from the main menu.

Step 3              To delete an existing Dasboard’s settings, click the drop-down arrow in the Dashboard box

3.1                    Select the desired Dashboard

3.2                    Click the Manage Dashboard button located in the upper right hand corner

3.3                    Click the Delete button

Note: There is not a confirmation message so when the delete button is clicked, the dashboard is removed immediately. The system will display the next dashboard within the list automatically once the selected dashboard is deleted.
