The following procedure will guide through editing a Filter Group within the Research tool.
Step 1 Log into CRM
Step 2 On the landing page, click Discovery from the main menu
Step 3 Click Research
Step 4 The filter window should be extended. If it isn’t, click the Filter icon to extend it
Step 5 Click the drop-down arrow next to Save
Step 6 Click Filter Manager
Step 7 Using the drop-down arrow, select the desired Filter Group
Step 8 Click the Edit icon next to Filter Group
Step 9 To move a filter from another Group into the selected Group, click on it in the left column
9.1 Using the directional arrows, move the filter to the right column
- Single Arrow: Move only highlighted filters
- Double Arrow: Move all filters regardless if they are highlighted or not
Step 10 To move a filter out of the Filter Group, click on it in the right column
10.1 Using the directional arrows, move the filter to the left column
- Single Arrow: Move only highlighted filters
- Double Arrow: Move all filters regardless if they are highlighted or not
Step 11 Click Save to retain any changes
Step 12 To delete the filter group, click the Delete button
12.1 Click Yes to the confirmation message
Note: Deleting a Filter Group will remove the group but will NOT delete the saved filters. Any filters within the group will be move under “Uncategorized” when the group is deleted.
