CRM Disabling Pipeline Types

To disable Pipeline Types created within CRM, follow these steps:

Step 1              Log into CRM

Step 2              On the landing page, click on Administration from the main menu

Step 3              Hover the mouse over Setup, and click on CRM Settings

Step 4              Click on the Pipeline Types tab

Step 5              To disable a Pipeline Type, click on the edit button to the left of the pipeline type name

5.1                   Uncheck the Active box

5.2                   Click the Save button

Note: It is recommended that Pipeline Types are disabled rather than deleted.
