CallTrax NEXT Disabling Pipeline Types (CLTX513)

The following procedures will guide through disabling Pipeline Types created within CallTrax NEXT.

Step 1              Log into CallTrax NEXT.

Step 2              On the landing page, click on Administration from the main menu

Step 3              Hover the mouse over Setup, and click on CallTrax Settings

Step 4              Click on the Pipeline Fields tab

Step 5              To disable a Pipeline Type, click on the edit button to the left of the pipeline type name

5.1                   Uncheck the Active box

5.2                   Click the Save button

Note: Pipeline Types cannot be deleted once created, only disabled, due to the information that could exist on the fields within that pipeline type for previously created logs.
