The following procedures will guide you through managing the Field Groups visible in the Summary Information section of the Customer Dashboard within CRM.
Step 1 Log into CRM
Step 2 On the landing page, click on Administration from the main menu
Step 3 Hover the mouse over Setup, and click on CRM Settings
Step 4 Click on the Field Views tab
Step 5 To enable the Field Group to be visible, place a check mark in the box next to the Field Group name
Step 6 To view the fields contained within the group, hover the mouse over the field group name
Step 7 Click the Save button in the bottom right corner of the Field Views page
