CallTrax NEXT Managing Field Groups (CLTX515)

The following procedures will guide you through managing the Field Groups visible in the Summary Information section of the Customer Dashboard within CallTrax NEXT.

Step 1              Log into CallTrax NEXT.

Step 2              On the landing page, click on Administration from the main menu

Step 3              Hover the mouse over Setup, and click on CallTrax Settings

Step 4              Click on the Field Views tab

Step 5              To enable the Field Group to be visible, place a check mark in the box next to the Field Group name

Step 6              To view the fields contained within the group, hover the mouse over the field group name

Step 7              Click the Save button in the bottom right corner of the Field Views page
