The following procedures will guide you through managing the visibility of Campaigns on the Customer Dashboard within CRM.
Step 1 Log into CRM
Step 2 On the landing page, click on Administration from the main menu
Step 3 Hover the mouse over Setup, and click CRM Settings
Step 4 Click on the Campaigns tab
Step 5 Click the radio dial next to the desired method for selecting what campaigns will be visible:
5.1 All: All campaigns will display regardless of the time frame defined within the campaign
5.2 Manual Selection: Display only those campaigns with a check mark next in the Display box will be present
5.3 Use the Search tool to quickly locate the desired campaign
5.4 Click in the Display box next to the desired campaign to select/deselect it for visibility
5.5 Last Number of Months: Display only those campaigns that contain a date that falls within the designated number of months
5.6 Type the desired number of months in the box to the right of this option
5.7 Current Month: Display only those campaigns that contain a date within the current month
5.8 Current Year: Display only those campaigns that contain a date within the current year
Step 6 Click the Save button located at the bottom of the Campaigns page
