The following procedures will guide through managing the Product Sales Scripts that will be available on the Next Potential Product section of the Customer Dashboard within CallTrax NEXT.
Step 1 Log into CallTrax NEXT.
Step 2 On the landing page, click on Administration from the main menu
Step 3 Hover the mouse over Setup, and click on CallTrax Settings
Step 4 Click on the Product Scripts tab
Step 5 Locate the desired product within the list
Note: An edit button in the script box identifies that a script has been created and can be modified. If the Script box is empty, a script is not present on that campaign.
Step 6 Click in the Script box for the product
Step 7 Begin typing in or pasting the desired content
7.1 Use the various buttons to further customize the content
Note: Hovering the mouse over the buttons will provide a name for the button to help identify its purpose.
7.2 Click the Save button
Step 8 To edit an existing script, click in the Script box
8.1 Make changes and click the Save button
Step 9 To remove a script, click in the Script box
9.1 Click the Delete button
Note: There is not a confirmation message when deleting so once the delete button is clicked, the content is immediately removed.
