The following procedures will guide you through managing outstanding referral activity logs using the Referral Drop Offs tool within CallTrax NEXT.
Step 1 Log into CallTrax NEXT.
Step 2 On the landing page, click on Administration from the main menu
Step 3 Hover the mouse over Setup, and click on CallTrax Settings
Step 4 Click on the Referral Drop Offs tab
Step 5 To apply drop off settings, locate the desired product or service in the list
5.1 Select the Days Until Drop Off value -
- Click the drop-down arrow in the Days Until Drop Off box to select a default value
- Type in the desired value in the Days Until Drop Off box
5.2 Click the drop-down arrow in the Action box to select an action
- Lost – The outstanding referral will be marked as Done with a result of Lost due to a new account not occurring from the referral.
- Delete – The outstanding referral will be deleted completely from the list of activity logs.
5.3 Click the Save button in the bottom right corner of the page
Next time the daily process is run, the drop offs will apply
Step 6 To apply the drop offs immediately, click the Update Referral Logs button
Step 7 To remove a drop off setting, click in the Days Until Drop Off of the desired product
7.1 Delete the value
7.2 Click the drop down arrow in the Action box
7.3 Click the Select an Action option
7.4 Click the Save in the bottom right corner of the page
