The following procedure will guide you through the process of enabling notification emails for all active users. Once enabled, the system will email users a notification whenever activity logs are assigned to them.
Step 1 Log into CallTrax NEXT
Step 2 On the landing page, click Administration from the main menu
Step 3 Hover the mouse over Setup, and click CallTrax Settings
Step 4 Click the Options tab
Step 5 Click the checkbox under Enable Notification Emails
Step 6 Click Save
Note: If this is not to be enabled for all users, it can be adjusted per user under Administration/Permissions/Users. Please see Procedure CLTX810 - CallTrax NEXT Enabling Notification Emails for Selected Users.
