To disable Incentive setups within CRM, follow these steps:
Step 1 Log into CRM
Step 2 On the landing page, click on Administration from the main menu
Step 3 Hover the mouse over Setup, and click on Goals/Incentives
Step 4 Click on the Incentives tab
Step 5 To disable an incentive but not delete it, click on the incentive within the list
5.1 Update the End Date with a date by typing in the box or selecting a date from the calendar box
5.2 Click the Save button
Step 6 To delete an incentive, click on it within the list
6.1 Click the Delete button
6.2 Select Yes in the confirmation message
Note: Deleting an incentive will completely remove it from the list, preventing it from being available in reports. To discontinue an existing incentive, our recommendation is simply to edit the End date rather than delete the incentive.
