CallTrax NEXT Deleting Officer Groups (CLTX703)

The following procedures will guide through deleting Officer Groups created within CallTrax NEXT.

Step 1              Log into CallTrax NEXT.

Step 2              On the landing page, click on Administration from the main menu

Step 3              Hover the mouse over Setup, and click on Officer Groups

Step 4              To delete a group, click on the officer group within the list

4.1                     Click the delete button

4.2                     Select Yes to the confirmation message
