For data security, it is required that you transfer the file using FileZilla from your Cloud environment, and then log into your SFTP site and retrieve the transferred file from there. Here's how to do it...
- From the desktop in your Cloud environment, click the FileZilla shortcut.
- On the left side of the screen navigate to the folder within File Explorer where you exported the file. Click the folder, and you will see its contents appear in the bottom left.
- Click the down arrow to the right of the Open the Site Manager icon found in the top left.
- Select (INSTITUTION NAME)-DOD from the drop-down menu.
In the window on the top right, click the transfer folder.
NOTE: It is critical that you ONLY use the transfer folder. All other folder haves automated rules in place to move files.- Find the file you wish to transfer in the bottom left window. Click, drag, and drop it from the bottom left to the bottom right window.
- The file will be transferred automatically to your SFTP. You will see this confirmation.
- Log into your SFTP and download the file to your local drive.
