Go to gomarquis.zendesk.com and select Sign In, and enter your credentials to sign in. Select Sign up if you have never submitted a request to the Marquis Support team before and enter your name and email address to get started.
If you have submitted a Request before via email but not the Help Guide, you will need to reset your password to access your account.
Follow the same steps listed above starting with selecting Sign up, you will receive an email with the subject "Marquis Client Support sing-up attempt" letting you know your account already exists. In that email select reset your password.
Enter your new password following the password guidelines listed, once finished select Change password.
You will then be signed into the site - we recommend you bookmark the Help Guide for future ease of use.
