Typically, there are two major factors that contribute to being unable to access your cloud instance:
IP Whitelisting
The IP address you are trying to access from is not whitelisted on the Marquis side. Please send the Public IP address of your site and/or the IP ranges you need to have access in order for Marquis to add to the allowed list.
What does this look like?
Most often this presents as a 403 or 500 error.
If this happens, we need to ensure that the IP address and/or IP range is allowed to access the site. Please contact your IT team for the needed IP or range needed for Marquis to whitelist. Additionally, it would not hurt to see the Port Allowance item below and ensure that is also setup properly.
Port Allowance
One or more of the following ports is not allowing Inbound & Outbound traffic on your side (contact your IT team to confirm). Cloud access requires the following ports to allow both Inbound & Outbound traffic in order for the site to function properly: ports 443, 8443, 19443.
What does it look like?
Navigate to executrax.cloudmarquis.com. If you are able to see this screen, it means that the IP address you are using are allowed, but the ports your system is using need to be altered.
Connect with your IT team to confirm the following ports are set to allow Inbound & Outbound traffic: ports 443, 8443, 19443.
