Administrators of KEYs.ai can access the User Management console to manage users. The instructions below outline adding and removing users.
1. Navigate to the login page at https://home.cloudmarquis.com or by Clicking Here
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click "Sign In."
4. From the landing page, click the menu bar in the upper right corner of the screen and select Administrator.
5. Select User Management from the menu bar
6. Click the "Create User" icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
7. Select the appropriate role for the user.
8. Enter the First Name, Last Name, Username, Temporary Password, Email address and click SAVE.
Note: Temporary passwords will expire after 10 days. New users can refer to the Accessing KEYs.ai for the First Time article to complete their registration process.
9. To delete an existing user, click the delete icon for the specific user.
10. To exit the User Management console, click the exit icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
