A geocode source of “Permanent” allows the CDP to skip past this record, and not attempt to Geocode it again. A designation of Permanent also means that geocode will not be overwritten during import. This should only be used if the geocode has been verified as correct, or obtained from an outside source and documentation is available to prove accuracy.
