How do I access reports within Digital Communication?
Reports are accessible in three places:
- On the Dashboard using the reports widgets, and a chart on the Emails dashboard which displays open and click through trends for email launches.
- For reports that pertain to a specific email, survey, web form, etc., the report is viewed by selecting the “View Report” option within the Published tab (for Emails, Surveys, Web Forms, etc.).
- Reports that can include multiple emails are found in the Report Center.
