The Digital Communication Platform provides key analytics regarding the opening and click-through rates (CTRs) on the emails that are sent. The reports enable you to determine what subjects and content drive your customer base to open and act upon the emails you send.
You can also schedule push reports to automatically email updated numbers for responses to web forms, polls and services as well as track the number of emails being sent through Digital on Demand.
The Report Center provides reports that supply trends, subscriber and unsubscribe activity as well as a Detailed Campaign Statistics Report.
In addition, DCP offers item specific reports that are accessed directly from the dashboard of each published item. These reports provide granular insights tied to individual communications.

Open/CTR Trends
The Open/CTR Trends Report compares open rates and click-through rates (CTRs) of the emails that you send through Product Suite. The information can be filtered by quarter, month, day, or hour, as well as campaigns across email categories and custom date filters.
Open rates show the number of emails that were opened and had “display images” enabled. Click-Through Rates display the number of recipients who clicked on any link in your email, excluding the Unsubscribe and Subscriber Preferences links.
More information about the Open/CTR Trends Report can be found in the Reports Center Overview. Click here to launch.
Subscriber Activity
The Subscriber Activity Report compares how an individual subscriber or all subscribers interact with the types of emails you send through Product Suite by quarter, custom date range, or an aggregate for the year. Each report can be downloaded for each category and activity type.
Each column displays the sum of totals for all emails sent during the selected time period, grouped by category (represented in each row).
- Delivered - Number of emails successfully delivered during the selected time period.
- Unique Opens - Number of unique subscribers who opened an email during the selected time period.
- Unopened - Number of emails not opened during the selected time period.
- Total CTRs - Number of click-throughs recorded across all emails during the selected time period.
- Undeliverable - Number of emails that failed to deliver during the selected time period, including permanent/hard bouncebacks.
- Unsubscribed - Number of unsubscribes recorded during the selected time period.
More information about the Subscriber Activity Report can be found in the Reports Center Overview. Click here to launch.
Detailed Campaign Statistics
The Detailed Campaign Statistics report takes daily email counts and summarizes them based on the date range selected. This data is collected by activity date within the time frame. If an open, click through, or delivery occurs during the time-frame, then the email gets included with its counts.
The DCP Product Suite option includes Standard, Newsletter, PURL, and Marketing Paths emails.
Each column is a sum of the daily totals for each email for that column activity.
- Mail Size - The number of emails uploaded during the selected time period.
- Delivered - The number of emails successfully delivered within the time frame.
- Total Opens - The total number of times the email was opened during the selected time period.
- Total Click Throughs (CTRs) - The total number of click-throughs recorded for the email within the time frame.
- Launch Date - The date the email was first sent. For emails with multiple deliveries (e.g., staggered or reusable sends), this reflects the initial launch date.
- Blocked - The number of blocked records for the email during the time period. This includes both permanent/hard and soft bouncebacks.
- Undeliverables - The number of undeliverable emails during the time period, consisting of hard bouncebacks only.
- Unsubscribes - The number of recipients who unsubscribed from the email during the selected time frame.
- Windows, Mac, Mobile, Other - The type of operating system used by recipients that opened the email during the time period.
Only activity that occurs within the selected date range is included.
- If an email is sent on the last day of the month, recipients may open or click it in the following month.
- If your selected date range does not include the send date, columns like Mail Size and Delivered may appear low or zero, while Opens and CTRs may still show activity.
Date Filters:
- By quarter - When run without a date range, all data is prepared and grouped by quarter and year. A sum is made of all per data values per campaign. Once each quarter is summed, then the results are filtered down to match the quarter that was selected, or if a year was selected, then the quarters of that year are summed together.
- Custom Date Range - Exactly the same as filtering by quarter, but only the days within the date range are included. The end date has a day added to it in order to include that day in the numbers.
More information about the Detailed Campaign Statistics Report can be found in the Reports Center Overview. Click here to launch.
Unsubscribe Trend Report
The Unsubscribe Trend Report shows the number of email recipients who unsubscribed from those campaigns sent within the designated time. This will help identify trends regarding which email subjects or types are resulting in recipients unsubscribing.
More information about the Unsubscribe Trend Report can be found in the Reports Center Overview. Click here to launch.
Scheduled Reports
Scheduled Reports are reports that are automatically emailed based on a specified time frame. The report provides overall information based on the report type selected for the email tracking and activity for the email campaign.

For accounts with Digital on Demand (DoD), users can generate a Decision Tree Report for published marketing automations. This report provides performance data across offers, rules, and emails within the automation flow. It can be filtered by date range by setting a begin and end date. The report provides insights like those found in the Email Performance Report, including delivery metrics, open rates, and click-through activity for each email involved in the automation.
Text Message Reports
For accounts with Text Messaging enabled, DCP provides two types of reports for published SMS messages: the Statistics Report and the Performance Report.
The Statistics Report focuses on delivery-related data, including how many messages were successfully delivered or undelivered. The Performance Report offers a broader overview of each text message, showing the total number sent, delivered, rejected, and undeliverable.
For accounts with Digital on Demand (DoD) SMS enabled, the Performance Report is also available for triggered emails that include SMS.
