Email Editor Redesign
A refreshed Email Editor experience is on the way. This update introduces a cleaner interface, more intuitive editing, and new ways to streamline how you build emails.

The new DCP Email Editor delivers the following benefits:
- Visual redesign - improved user experience.
- Ability to edit within the Workspace Area - eliminating confinement to the expanded panel.
- Access to a Reusable Library – easy reusable content across multiple campaigns.
- Text cell HTML improvements – enter HTML code directly to see real-time updates.
Two Way Texting
Accounts which include Text Messaging can now enhance their communication capabilities with our new Two Way Texting add‑on. This feature allows you to engage directly with recipients who reply to your text message campaigns, creating a more conversational and responsive experience.
With Two Way Texting enabled, you can access all replies through the Text Message Interactions report. This report displays incoming responses and gives you a complete view of each conversation.
Select any recipient's response from the table to open a message thread popup, where you'll see the full history of your interaction wit that recipient. From there, simply type your response into the message field and click the Send button to continue the conversation in real time.
Please note: Two Way Texting is only available for accounts connected through Twilio. If you'd like to add Two Way Texting or move your existing Text Messaging setup to Twilio, please contact your Relationship Manager.
Social Media Management
You can now publish contact directly to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram from within the Digital Communication Platform, giving you a streamlined way to manage your social presence from one place.
To connect your social media accounts, navigate to Account Settings > Administrator > Social Media Accounts. Click the Add New button, select the platform you’d like to connect, and follow LinkedIn’s or Meta’s authentication process to authorize the connection. Once complete, save your settings and your account will be ready for posting.
To create and schedule a post, go to the Social Media dashboard and click the Begin button. Choose the account to which you would like to publish, enter your post content, and set your desired publish date. When finished, save your post to schedule it.
Drafts, scheduled posts, and publishing status can all be viewed directly from the Social Media dashboard.
Bug Fixes
The following fixes are included in this release (in addition to other fixes and performance improvements):
- Web Form Report Showing Blank Required Fields – Fixed an issue resulting in some web form submissions appearing incomplete in reports, even when all required fields were filled.
- Date Question Year Range Not Extending Beyond 2025 – Fixed an issue where the date question type limited year options to 2025. The year dropdown now extends ten years beyond the current year to ensure future compatibility.
- Email Validation Not Displaying Links for Buttons/Images – Fixed an issue where links applied to buttons and images did not appear in the Email Validation step. Links now populate consistently in the validation view to ensure accurate review before launch.
- Email Performance PDF Export Missing Bar Graphs – Fixed an issue where the Email Performance report failed to render bar graphs when exported to PDF. Bars now display correctly in downloaded PDFs.
- Dashboard Email Report Not Updating After a Certain Date – Fixed an issue where the Dashboard Email Report stopped updating data after a certain date. Data now refreshes correctly.
- Outlook Rendering Issues When Auto‑Responsive Mode Is Disabled – Fixed an issue where disabling auto‑responsive mode caused Outlook to display lines through images and misaligned side‑by‑side elements, buttons, and bullet points. Emails now render consistently across desktop and mobile regardless of auto‑responsive settings.
