A spam content checker, is a tool that analyzes email content to determine if it's legitimate or not. Spam checkers use filters to identify issues that might cause an email to end up in spam, such as inappropriate content, blacklisted domains, or malicious content.
In a perfect world, you’d know exactly why your email was sent to spam instead of the inbox.
The bad news is we can’t know that information because if we had access to it, then so would the spammers. Use the spam content check as a guideline and adjust your email as best you can with the information provided.
Spam content checkers work by analyzing an email and giving it a spam score. The lower the score, the better, with anything above 5 being considered spam by default.
The Spam Content Check can be accessed under Preview and Test:
This can be accessed from the email editor context menu or within the email. When selected, an email will be sent with the spam results. The email will run through multiple different spam checks.
