Editing Text Messaging SMS Settings

Only Digital Communication administrators have the ability to edit Text Messaging SMS settings.

Step 1            Log into the Digital Communication platform

Step 2            Click Account Settings located in the main menu

Step 3            Click DocuMatix Text Messaging located in the flyout menu on the left

Step 4            Click SMS Settings

Step 5            Select Enabled or Disabled

Step 6            Enter the desired Opt-in welcome message and/or the Opt-out message 

Step 7            Click Save
