Manually Adding Mobile Numbers to Text Messaging Opt-Out List

To manually add cellular numbers to the Text Messaging Opt-Out list, follow these steps.

Step 1           Log into the Digital Communication platform

Step 2           Select the Text Messaging product

Step 3           Click the gear icon 

Step 4           Click Opt-out List

Step 4           Type a mobile number into the Add mobile number to Opt-out list box

Step 5           Click Add
