Setting a Default Institution and File

Follow the process below to select a default institution and CenTrax NEXT file.

Step 1        Log into  the CDP/CenTrax NEXT

                   The active Institution and File will display in the upper right-hand section to the left of the

name of the user logged in.

Step 2        Click on the Institution name or the File name

                   An Application Settings box will pop up

Step 3        Click the drop-down arrow under Default Institution and select the desired institution

Step 4        Click the drop-down arrow under Default CenTrax File and select the desired file

Step 5        Click Save

Note: Institutions and CenTrax NEXT Files cannot be created here, only selected. Please review the

procedures for the step guide of creating CenTrax NEXT Files or new Institutions.
