Dashboard Elements is where the system will determine what reports are made available to be displayed
within the Dashboard list. Once a report is published within Dashboard Elements as a report or graph, it can be added to the dashboards.
Step 1 Log into CDP/CenTrax NEXT
The active Institution and File will display in the upper right-hand section to the left of the
name of the user logged in.
Step 2 Click Administration
Step 3 Hover over Reports
Step 4 Click the Dashboard Elements sub-category
4.1 A list of all reports available within the system will display.
Step 5 Click on the desired report within the list and select Publish
Step 6 Place a check mark in the box next to the desired role(s)
Note: The selected roles will be the only roles with visibility to the report to within the dashboards.
6.1 Type in/select a category (optional)
Note: The category will assist in the ease of locating and attaching reports to various dashboards;
however, they are not required.
Step 7 Click Publish
Note: Once it has successfully been published, a check mark will display in the far right-hand Published
box, and it will display within the Dashboard screen in the Dashboard library on the right side of the page.
