Expired Password
If your account requires a password reset, the Digital Communications Platform (DCP) will prompt you automatically when you log in. The process is quick, secure, and ensures your account stays protected.
- Go to the Login Page of DCP (https://campaign.documatix.com/).
- After logging in, you will be automatically prompted to reset your password if your accounts password has expired.
- Type your new password in the fields provided. Make sure it meets the security requirements.
- Once your new password is entered, click the Reset button to confirm.
Forgot Password
If you can’t remember your password, here’s how to get back into your account quickly and securely.
- Go to the Login Page of DCP (https://campaign.documatix.com/).
- Click the forgot password link under the login fields.
- Type in your username to help us find your account
- You will see options to receive a reset code by Email or Text. Pick whichever works best for you.
- Fill in the CAPTCHA code and click Continue
- Check your inbox or messages to enter in the code received into DCP
- Type your new password into the fields provided. Make sure it meets the security requirements.
- Select Continue to set your new password.
Change Password
If you are already signed in and just want to update your password, here is how to do it in a few quick steps.
- Click on Account Settings. You’ll find this in the top navigation bar once you’re logged in.
- In the Account Settings panel, look for the User tab and click it.
- Select Change Password to bring up the password change screen.
- Enter your current password along with your new password. Make sure it meets the security requirements.
- Click Save to set your new password.
Password Requirements
Your new password must:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Include at least 3 of the following 4 categories:
- Uppercase letters (A–Z)
- Lowercase letters (a–z)
- Numbers (0–9)
- Symbols (@ * ! _ # $ % ^ & + =)
