WHAT’S NEW!
New Mapping solution
We are so excited to bring you a new and improved mapping solution with the CenTrax NEXT Release 1.10.0! With the new mapping, you will see an improved look and feel to your map as well as enhanced capabilities. Below are some of the enhanced features we wanted to highlight:
- The maps now contain an updated look and performance providing ease of use when creating and saving your maps.
- Use the search functionality by address, city, state, etc. to easily move around within the map.
- The delineating layers designed to provide boundaries for different area types such as Census Tracts, zip codes, etc. will be available along with the ability to modify the color and disable/enable labels within various layers.
- Enable or disable as well as prioritize the layers that you want to display on the map. Simply click and drag the layer to the desired order of priority within the layer menu. Keep in mind, when a layer has a higher priority, the layers beneath it could display at a lower opacity.
- Display dots and symbols for all loans or deposits based on any filter condition! The records will be displayed for both those that are within a selected Assessment Area as well as outside.
- Select one or more action(s) from a list of available data points to display different dots or symbols and customize the labels for each data point. You’ll now have the ability to provide a visual of your originations and denials or your deposits and loans all on one map!
- Continue to display a color theme within the census tract layer that provides a visual of your Tract Income or Tract Minority Levels for your Assessment Area(s) as well as those areas outside of your Assessment Area. Additionally, you will be able to enable or disable the census tract labels if you would prefer not to have them displayed on your map.
- Continue to be able to place a marker or radius circle on the map. In addition, you can apply a label to your radius circle as well as define the thickness of the border.
- Print a PDF of your map! Select print and a box will appear providing the ability to enter in a Title, Footer as well as disable or enable certain legend components.
- Saved maps can be accessed and managed directly within the Output menu in Research. Open or delete saved maps as well as rename or delete Map Groups. Managing your saved maps has never been so simple!
