This simplifies the process to create assessment areas, especially if your area is a partial county or partial MSA. An Import button is now located within the Tract Groups / AAs setup page within Compliance Data Platform.

ADA Compliant
Compliance Data Platform is now ADA compliant
In our effort to make the Compliance Data Platform ADA compliant, some changes were made to the buttons, menus, and navigation to ensure all users can easily navigate the system, its features, and data. In addition to keyboard navigation, the colors have been modified to ensure a visually accessible experience for all users.
Additional Enhancements and Changes
1071 Small Business Lending
- The Black or African American sub-race codes and a free-form field have been added for the Applicant 1–4 Race fields. These codes are available for selection within Data Entry or importing within DataPro.
- A 1071 Sex/Gender free-form field has been added to meet the requirements for 1071 Small Business Lending. This field is available for import through DataPro as well as within Data Entry.
Importing
- In order to accommodate the scenario where the MSA is not being imported, the DataPro process has been enhanced to flag the geocode as NA when all geocode fields for the record contain NA and the MSA field is blank. This will ensure MSAs will not import blank results in geocode exceptions on records that should contain NA for the geocode.
Data Entry
- The Change Reason fly-out made available through the Audit Manager feature has been updated to display once the Save button is selected on a record. This way the Change Reason fly-out will not interrupt you while making your changes.
System Settings
- The ability to disable the C022 edit from Data Entry, the HMDA Exceptions Report, and the HMDA Filing Wizard has been added to System Settings. Simply uncheck the box for “C022 Address Standardization Check” to disable it from being processed whenever you check the edits within your file.
If you have further questions, please contact Marquis Support or your Client Relationship Manager.
The following fixes are included in this release:
- Geocode: The demographic information has been updated for 2024 records, which will correct the applicant income levels derived for records. To correct, the Demographic Update within Update Derived Fields will need to be applied to the 2024 file. (#124977)
- Filing: The V711.1 edit will no longer appear for records populated with Denial Reasons when the Require HMDA Denial Reasons setting is enabled within institution settings. (#119078)
- Data Entry: The Loan-to-Income ratio calculation is re-evaluated when a record is saved. The record will be identified as changed anytime it is saved. An update was made to reflect a change only if the applicable fields used in the calculation result in a different value. (#121622)
