Enhancements
1071 Data Validation
We are excited to provide data validation within Compliance Data Platform to manage your 1071 data and prepare for submission. The 1071 Data validation can be enabled or disabled within the System Settings. If enabled, the system will check for any 1071 data errors and/or warnings when you click the Validate button on a record within Data Entry. In addition, we have created a 1071 Data Validation report available within Discovery – Reporting – 1071. Running the report will provide a full list of all data errors or warnings on your 1071 records.
- Please note that the 1071 Small Business Lending edits are only applicable to 2025 filing years, so they will only apply in files containing the 2025 year assigned.

Non-Formatted Excel Output
We are introducing a new output option, Non-formatted Excel. This will provide a flat file of the data elements within a report minus the report formatting. We are going to be releasing this in an iterative fashion starting with the Exam Tables. When you are generating the Discover/Reporting/CRA/Exam Table reports, a new Output drop-down will be available. Click the drop-down and select Non-formatted Excel from the list of available options. The file will be sent to your downloads, just as it normally is, and if multiple reports are selected, they will be in separate tabs.
2024 Updated Demographics
FFIEC released updated demographic data for 2024 on July 18. We have included those updates in this release, and the information will be available within the applicable reports. This census update also includes the boundary changes introduced by FFIEC in January 2024.
To update the demographic data for your 2024 records to the most current demographic information, navigate to Update Derived Fields and apply the Demographics update.
Updated Cass Files
This Compliance Data Platform release provides updated files used for address standardization through the CASS process available within DataPro.
2024 Small Business AND Small Farm Demographics
The 2024 small business and small farm demographics are provided in this release and are available in all applicable reports.
New FDIC Performance and Conditions Ratio Report
The FDIC Performance and Conditions Ratio report is now available within the Compliance Data Platform. You now have the ability to search and pull your institution’s FDIC performance information without having to leave the Compliance Data Platform. Simply select the applicable time period and your institution from the list and click View Report. The report integrates directly with FDIC to pull the data and present it to you in a report. The report can be saved to Excel or PDF.
Additional Modifications
Exam Table Evolution
The Exam tables are evolving to provide the closest experience to an examination.
-
- The data will now all reside on one line for a more readable display.
- Some additional data points have been moved from the non-enhanced report into the enhanced version to ensure the information used in examination reports is readily available in the non-enhanced version.
- Footers have been added to identify what data sources are used in the information provided on the report, e.g., FFIEC File – 2020 Census, etc.
- In addition to the Excel (non-formatted) output, we have added the ability to export the Exam tables to a Word file.
Output Drop-Down
In preparation for adding more export formats to reports, you will notice the buttons for Excel and PDF have been removed. In their place there is an Output drop-down to provide the list of available format options. Click the drop-down arrow and select the desired format from the list. The export will be created in the same fashion as before—to your Downloads folder.
Filter Report
You now have the ability to print a detailed report on your saved filters. Within any Filter fly-out, click the drop-down arrow next to the Save button and select Filter Manager from the submenu. Click the Print button located on the upper right corner and a list of filter groups with their applicable filters will display. Select the filters you desire to include in the report and hit View Report. A report will open up in another window providing you with the filter conditions as well as some key information such as the last record count, modified date, modified by, and created date.
Branch Table Enhancement
We have enhanced the Branch table within Settings – Organizations – Branches with pagination settings to allow a more customized view to the page. Use the icons to move easily to the desired page when managing large numbers of branch records in addition to seeing how many records you have within the table.
Data Entry - Q617 Suppression Setting
Due to the different ways in which the CLTV can be brought in, we are providing a way to suppress the Q617 edit within Data Entry. Once a record has been validated, place a checkmark in the Q617 suppression box located in the header of the HMDA tab and click Save. The edit will be suppressed within Data Entry moving forward when you process the HMDA Validate feature. In addition to Data Entry, the edit will be suppressed within the Exceptions report unless you choose the setting to include those edits that have been marked as verified.
