Initiate Workflows through Triggers to give your CRM users a step-by-step log-creating guide as the logs are completed.

Setup Adjustments: MDP users who have access to Triggers will have access to set up Triggers with CRM Log Actions. CRM Workflows are created under Administration > CRM Settings in the CRM product.
New Prospect Potential Matches Report
This new report provides a list of all prospects that may be a duplicate of another prospect or household. This report matches based on Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email Address. The report includes the ExecuTrax Household ID to make locating the Prospect and match easier within the ExecuTrax desktop application.
Setup Adjustments: No setup required. Automatically added when the release is installed. Any user who has access to Discovery > Reporting > Reports will see this new report under the Household section.
Modifications
- Added Filter conditions and Statuses to the Campaign Tracking Reports to give more visibility to any additional filtering that was used when the report was created.
- Household Profile Report now compares the previous year to the current year-to-date average, providing a better overview of how your households this year compared to last year on average. A new Variance column has also been added.
- Retail Household Profile Report now compares the previous year to the current year-to-date average, providing a high-level comparison of household data on average so far this year compared to last year.
- Adoption Rate Report has been updated to look at Household Opened Date < 90 Days.
- Renamed the Account Periods – Age field to Age of Account in Days under Discovery > Research.
- Renamed Administration > Settings > ExecuTrax Connections to Connections.
- Clicking on Help from Marketing Data Platform will take users to the new Marquis website.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug under Discovery > Research where saved filters didn’t allow grouping and up/down buttons to be selected.
- Fixed a bug under Discovery > Research when using operator between two values with decimal places for filters.
- Fixed a bug that caused an error to display after logging in under certain conditions.
