Enhancements
Additional Fields Now Available for Automations
Now additional fields can be added to the Delivery File for both Triggers and Journeys.
- Select Additional Fields
When an Action is selected, there is now a Select Additional Fields button. This button allows any field under Discovery – Research to be added to the output file that gets generated based on the Action type.
- Report
Clicking on Report displays the layout of the Delivery File, including the column names and descriptions.
Setup adjustments: Depending on the Action type, the number of additional fields may be limited. For User Managed – Emails the limit is 15. For all other Action types, the limit is 47 additional fields.
New Automations Summary Report
Located under the Automations category is the new Automations Summary Report. This report provides the number of records sent out by Action Type for each Journey and Trigger over the selected time frame. Filtering includes a date range, specific Actions, Action Types along with Bank, Region, Branch, and Officer on the records.
Setup Adjustments: No additional setup required. Report will automatically be available after upgrading.
Importing Services
- Services for Additional Individuals
Services are now for more than just the Primary Owner of an Account. Using a Relationship file Import through MDP, Services can now be tied to an Account and Customer. This provides the ability to see not only whether the Primary Owner (Account Name 1) has a debit card on the checking account, but also whether other owners do or do not. This opens more marketing opportunities.
- Services at the Customer Level
Have Services that are only available at the Customer (Individual) level? Those can also be imported into MDP, enabling visibility into whether a customer has a service, such as Wealth Management, without requiring the Wealth Management account itself to be imported.

Additional Modifications
Reporting
- Category name updates from Marquis to Marquis Managed, Institution to User Managed, and ExecuTrax to MDP under Discovery – Reporting – Reports.
Campaign Tracking
- Bulk Copy multiple selected Tracked Campaigns using the new Copy button, making it easier to bulk create new Tracked Campaigns each month. Simply update the name, date ranges, and time period. No more copying one Tracked Campaign at a time.
- Bulk Edit multiple existing selected Tracked Campaigns with the new Edit button, making those edits to multiple Tracked Campaigns go faster, with fewer clicks.
Automations
- Journey Output – Report will now display the No – Skip line straight down to make it easier to see what Condition it is skipping to.
- Selecting a Filter under Journeys now provides a Copy Existing Filter option that, when selected, will create a new filter with the same conditions as the copied filter.
Administration
- Migrate Reports header change from Import Business Insights Items to Import Reports.
Bug Fixes

Automations
- Fixed a bug that prevented a Journey from being edited if a filter within the Journey was invalid.
- Fixed an issue that removed email addresses when Customers left the institution, preventing email follow-ups to be sent out.
- Fixed a bug that required Multiple Individuals to be enabled for Automations to process in certain scenarios.
DataPro
- Fixed an issue where if the Primary Owner of the account was in the Relationship file with a different relationship, their relationship on the account would override, causing no Primary Owner to display.
