Enhancements
Social Security Tokenization
At Marquis, protecting sensitive customer data is foundational to how we operate. To further enhance security while preserving data integrity, we are introducing Social Security
Tokenization within ExecuTrax, Marketing Data Platform and CRM for cloud-hosted
clients.
This enhancement allows financial institutions to continue accurately linking customer
relationships across systems—without exposing Social Security Numbers (SSNs) in their
raw form.
Setting up PII Tokenization will deliver the following benefits:
- Enhanced security, with no ongoing changes to your daily file process.
- Occurs immediately on receipt by our SFTP server, before it’s made available to a human.
- Sensitive data files are deleted immediately after tokenization is complete.
- Each client is provided a unique key for encryption.
- Tokenization follows the NIST SP 800-38G standard.
Next up will be fields beyond SSN. Ready to get started? Contact us!
Additional Modifications
Automations
- User Managed – Emails dropdown list will now include triggered emails still in ‘Draft’ status in DCP. This allows users to create and test Journeys/Triggers while the emails are still being finalized.
- Automations now have an option to add a ‘Category’ group such as Onboarding, Reboarding, Good Manners, etc. Categories pave the way for grouping of Automations in future reporting.
Administration
- Updated First Name field to only require 1 character instead of 3.
Data Processing
- Updated the DataPro Scheduler timeout to prevent processing from not completing in certain situations.
Bug Fixes
Administration
- Fixed the error that Setup – Officers would throw when uploading an image.
Automations
- Fixed an issue where if the Run Date was changed for a Manual Automation, the Last Run Date didn’t reflect that change.
- Fixed an issue that would cause an Automation Campaign to create a new ID instead of reusing the same one if the Campaign was toggled off on an Action and toggled back on.
- Fixed an issue where Additional Fields didn’t display until after the Journey was saved.
Dashboard
- Fixed the issue that was causing the ‘Please Refresh the page’ message when clicking on Dashboard from another page within MDP.
Data Processing
- Fixed the Customer Update Results to provide more accurate numbers as far as the Number of Records Processed and Invalid. Previously was excluding Primary Customers.
Discovery - Research
- Fixed the error that would occur when adding a filter condition on Household or Customer (Member) Notes fields.
- Fixed a bug that caused Account – Closed Date to not always display a date when an account got updated to closed status.
