Enhancements
CRM Fields are now available for filtering in MDP!
If you have our CRM, you will now be able to filter for CRM logs including Activity Fields within MDP for Discovery – Research and for creating Automations. Now you can create Journeys and Triggers based on a CRM log. Maybe you want to filter on all CRM logs that got updated to Done in the last day with an Activity Field Group of Fraud selected, send out an email asking about how satisfied they were with the service they received, and send a follow-up to make sure they got the new debit card. If you don’t have our CRM and want to learn more about it, click here.
Setup Adjustments: No additional setup required if you have our CRM product. CRM Log will display as a User Managed Action.
New Automations Detail Report
Located under the Automations category is a new report called Automations Detail Report. This report provides a detailed list of all Accounts, Customers/Members, or Households that were part of a Journey or Trigger. Filtering includes a date range, specific Actions, Action Types, and Automation Types along with Bank, Region, Branch, and Officer on the records.
Setup Adjustments: No additional setup required. Report will automatically be available after upgrading.
Journeys and Triggers now have a new Manual status
Want to create a Journey or Trigger that you control when it processes? This new Manual status allows just that. Maybe you have a Mortgage offer that you send out to Customers (Members) only every quarter. Or a Journey centered around profitability, and you want to wait until the financials are available each month before advancing Customers (Members) through each step of the Journey. The Manual status is designed just for that.
Setup Adjustments: No additional setup required. New status will automatically be available after upgrading. Select Manual from the Status drop-down menu, and when you click the Journey or Trigger from the Automations page, it will provide an icon to Run Now. Run Now will pop up a modal that allows you to select a time period if you want one other than Current. This will advance the campaign records forward to the Current period automatically if an older period is selected. Run Date allows you to select a different day from today. Adjusting the Run Date should be a rare need but is available.
User invalid login attempts are now configurable
Now you can adjust how many invalid login attempts can be made during a specific time frame for not just the Marketing Data Platform, but the whole Marquis NEXT platform.
Setup Adjustments: The default is set to three invalid login attempts during a 120-minute time frame. To adjust that or any other password requirements, go to Administration – Permissions – Users and click Password Settings. These changes apply to all products under the Marquis NEXT platform, including the CRM.
