New Triggers/Journeys Action Type
User Managed—Email Action is now integrated directly with the Digital Communication Platform (FKA DocuMatix). Create your Triggered email within DCP and select it for your Trigger or Journey through the Version Code drop-down menu. When Triggers and Journeys are processed, all Customers matching this Action type will automatically process through DCP.
Setup Adjustments: The API connection will need to be set up through Marquis Support before you can select the new Email Action type.
New Help Chat Bot
A new interactive help chat button has been added. Simply click the chat icon, and a chat window will display. Enter in the question or information you are looking for, and it will return resources that can be selected to review.
Setup Adjustments: No setup required. Automatically added when the release is installed. Any user with MDP access will now see it displayed at the bottom-right corner of their screen.
Modifications
- Updated UI header and button colors throughout.
- Triggers are now under Automate. With the introduction of Journeys, our Triggers have been moved under Automate—Automations. Here you can create a Trigger or a Journey along with managing existing ones, all from this single page.
- Added a Paused status to Triggers that allows a Trigger to be paused temporarily and then set back to Active without losing the priority order.
- Renamed Trigger statuses to the following:
- New to Draft
- Stopped to Inactive
- Test to Testing
- Renamed Triggers—Actions—User Managed—Email to Email Export. Email now is a direct connection to Digital Communication Platform and will display all Triggered Emails.
- Updated UI for File Downloads page under Automate including a search option and delete option per file.
- Discovery—Research
- Removed the restriction that prevented Marquis-created Field Groups under Discovery—Research from being deleted. Now users can delete any nondefault Field Group if they have the Delete permission.
- Include Status will now display red if no status is selected under the filter flyout as a status is required to display filter results.
- Added Customer to Customers—Customer Number field.
- Added Account to Accounts—Account Number field.
- Renamed Administration—Settings—Single Sign-on Settings to Sign-on Settings.
- Sign-on Settings now display the option of turning on Windows Authentication or Single Sign-on.
