Enhancements
2025 Distressed and Underserved Tracts
The 2025 Distressed and Underserved list tracts were released by FFIEC on 6/25/2025 and are now available for selection when creating Tract Groups or Assessment Areas for activity year 2025. All applicable reports will now provide the 2025 distressed and underserved information.
2024 Hmda Aggregate Data
The 2024 HMDA aggregate data was released by CFPB on 6/26/2025 and is now available within the aggregate reporting for peer analysis and examination prep as well as when creating peer groups.
2025 Small Business and Small Farm Demographics
The 2025 small business and small farm demographics are provided in this release and are available in all applicable reports.
Updated cass Files
Updated files used for address standardization through the CASS process available within DataPro are provided with this release.
2025 Demographic Data
FFIEC released updated demographic data for 2025 on 7/11/2025. We have included those updates in this release, which will be available within the applicable reports.
To update the demographic data for your 2025 records to the most current information, navigate to Update Derived Fields and apply the Demographic update.
Additional Modifications
CRA Aggregate Lender Table Update
The CRA Aggregate data is provided by FFIEC in a pre-aggregated format consisting of Lender totals in a pre-aggregated format at the County level. This prevented the CRA Aggregate Lender Table reports from returning results when selecting a Tract Group.
The CRA Aggregate Lender Tables have been updated to apply selected Tract Groups to the report, returning results based on the counties within the selected Tract Group.
Pricing Snapshot Display Statistical Data Update
The Pricing Snapshot Report will now include the Denial Disparity T-state value directly within the results. It has always been applied to the report but was not displayed within the body. You will now be able to see the statistically significant values directly within the report to quickly identify those significant disparities.
Account Detail Report Includes 1071 Fields (#142409)
The Account Detail report located within the individual records in Data Entry has been updated to include the 1071 fields.
Remove CRA Loan Type 03 From PE Tables
The Performance Evaluation Tables 1, 3, 13, and 14 will no longer include CRA Type 03 as a consumer loan.
Display “—“ For Year With OMB Change When No Aggregate Data Is Available for PE Tables 7–12
Moving forward, when reporting on a year that had an OMB change and the applicable aggregate data has not been released yet, the Performance Evaluation Tables will report
“—" in order to retain data integrity. Once the aggregate data is made available, the reports will display the appropriate information for the given assessment area(s).
An example is:
- 2024 File is active in the top-right corner of CDP.
- 2024 AAs are applied.
- 2024 Aggregate data is not available.
- The above conditions would result in the Overall Market and the % Aggregate data to display as “—“.
Include HMDA Purposes 4 & 5 in PE Tables 7 and 8
The process needed to build the database used by the Performance Evaluation tables has been updated to include records that have an HMDA Purpose 4 and an HMDA Purpose 5. This will allow for better alignment when comparing the overall market and aggregate totals within the PE Tables to the HMDA Market Share report.
- Please keep in mind that when running the HMDA Market Share report with a Tract-level group, it will not include applications with a census tract reported as NA.
- The PE Tables are aggregated at the county level, which allows for including applications with a census tract reported as NA.
- The Aggregate Data sourced from CFPB is the Static Datasets file of the nationwide Loan/Application Records. https://ffiec.cfpb.gov/data-publication/2023
Unemployment Calculation Change for PE Table 2
The Unemployment Calculation displayed within Performance Evaluation Table 2 was updated to use the following calculation:
- (Total male population 16 and over – unemployed + Total female population 16 and over – unemployed) / (Total male population 16 and over in labor force + Total female population 16 and over in labor force) * 100
The following reports were updated to reference the same fields for the unemployment calculation in order to ensure alignment across reports.
- Demographic Summary
- Demographic Summary by Tract Category Income Level
- Demographic Summary by Minority Level
- Exam Table: Demographic Information for Assessment Area

The following fixes are included in this release:
- Reporting: Table 3 stopped displaying assessment areas and their associated totals within the report. This has been corrected, and the report is populating properly. (#153943)
- Reporting: An error occurred when applying a filter to the PE Tables. That has been resolved. (#155658)
- Tract Groups/AAs: When using the Existing AAs drop-down menu, the selection was not remaining in order to select the tracts within it. This has been corrected to hold the selection and provide the ability to select the tracts within it when building new tract groups and/or assessment areas. (#153632)
- Tract Groups/AAs: Newly created tract groups and assessment areas were not shown in the list until the page was refreshed. That has been updated to refresh and display the new groups within the list once they are saved. (#153651)
- Reporting: An error occurred when running the FDIC Deposit Market share report using certain geographic areas due to the FDIC’s API viewing the area as a programmatic keyword for logic. An update has been put in place to ensure the filter is read properly by the API moving forward. (#153220)
- Reporting: Deleted CDP files were being persisted in the cookies resulting in them being included in the criteria when the PE Table report(s) were being run. An update has been put in place to ensure only selected active files are used. (#153279)
- Reporting: Performance Evaluation Table 2 and Table 14 displayed different Household % values due to Table 2 using the year of the selected AA(s) and Table 14 using the combined years of the date range in the report settings. Table 14 has been updated to use the same process as Table 2, and Tables 7–13 so that the demographic data will align. (#153317)
- Reporting: Performance Evaluation Table 13 was sorted differently than the other Performance Evaluation Tables when Report by Year was unchecked. That has been resolved to maintain consistency with the other reports. (#152710)
- Reporting: Performance Evaluation Table 13 displayed the demographic data for the first year when the date range spanned multiple years. It has been updated to match the other reports and will use the year of the selected Assessment Areas in order to align with Tables 2, 7–12, and 14. (#154241)
- Reporting: $0 Income HMDA Aggregate records were being grouped in the NA Applicant Income level for reporting. This has been corrected to group them in the Low Income category for Applicant Income level when a valid census tract is present. (#155748)
- Tract Groups/AAs: The maximum call size for moving tracts from the Available box to the Selected box has been updated, allowing for all 50 states to be selected at once. (#152545)
- Filing: Purchased loans were displaying edit V608.2 when a ULI/NULI was present that didn’t align with the institution LEI. It has been updated to prevent the edit when the loan application is purchased as long as it meets the formatting requirements for a ULI or a NULI. (#146200)
- DataPro: The Tract field format options were not adding trailing zeros during the import process. This has been corrected to ensure the tract would import correctly with the given format selection(s). (#139576)
- DataPro: Census tracts within certain counties were not importing for the 2022 reporting year. The process has been updated in order to ensure all valid tracts within an import file will import successfully on older years. (#154590)
