2024 CRA Aggregate Data
The 2024 CRA Aggregate data was released by FFIEC on 11/13/2025. The CRA Aggregate data will be available in the PE Tables, Exam Tables, and the CRA Peer reports.
Rate Spread Path Update
The CFPB released a statement on January 6, 2026, communicating their intention of modifying the location for the paths of the fixed, adjustable, and survey tables. The old paths would remain valid until January 20th and then became inaccessible. These tables are utilized by CDP when calculating the rate spread within Data Entry or import. The CDP Update will automatically modify the paths within your system to use the new paths.
Note: This will not impact those users who reached out to support prior to this release to have the paths manually updated.
Additional Modifications
CRA Aggregate Lender Table Update
The CRA Aggregate data is provided by FFIEC in a pre-aggregated format consisting of Lender totals in a pre-aggregated format at the County level. This prevented the CRA Aggregate Lender Table reports from returning results when selecting a Tract Group.
The CRA Aggregate Lender Tables have been updated to apply selected Tract Groups to the report, returning results based on the counties within the selected Tract Group.
Field Format Changes to HMDA Loan Application Register
The HMDA Loan Application Register report had the following updates applied for the fields displayed within the report:
- The ULI field header has been changed to ULI/NULI
- The commas were removed from the following fields:
- Loan Amount
- Total Loan Cost
- Total Points and Fees
- Total Origination Fees
- Annual Income
- Property Value
- The Geocode field will now display “NA” when it is flagged as NA on the record within Data Entry.
- Previously it displayed as blank.
Excel (Non-Formatted) Output for CRA and HMDA Loan Registers
The HMDA Loan Application Register and CRA Loan Register reports have been updated to include the Excel (non-formatted) export format within the Output list.
Institution Added to User Audit Report
The institution field has been added to the User Audit Report to easily identify which institutions a user has been given access to.
Additional Fields Added to Branch Listing Report
The following fields have been added to the Branch Listing report located within Discovery/Reporting/Setup Maintenance:
- Latitude
- Longitude
- Geocode Source
- Geocode Date
- Geocode Year
Inside/Outside Lending Summary Report
The Inside/Outside Lending Summary report has been updated to provide the ability to display any tract group for selection, not just those that are marked as reportable assessment areas. Simply place a check mark in the “Include Tract Groups and Assessment Areas” setting and you’ll see all your tract groups in addition to assessment areas within the list.
Selecting Peer Group for the CRA Market Share Reports
You now can choose to run the CRA Peer Reports/ Market Share reports by either one institution, all institutions or a Peer Group. Within the report settings there is a new Criteria Set setting with a drop-down to select which institutions to include in the report. When choosing Peer Group, the list will consist of those peer groups you’ve created within the Settings/Peer Groups page.
Officer Field
The Officer field was updated to reflect “Name” rather than Title when creating new or modifying existing officer codes within the Officer Codes table.
Branch FDIC Import - Deposit Balance Year Selection
The Deposit balance for branches previously pulled in the Total Asset field from the FDIC’s API which was a summed field of all branch records. This process has been updated to use the Deposit Balance field and to ensure the desired balance is loaded, a year drop-down selection has been added. The FDIC Branches import will use that year to determine which deposit balance to load in when importing the branch records.
Data Entry Page Modifications
The Data Entry page will now display the number of records in the selected file in addition to how many records meet any applied filter(s). If no filter is present, the Filtered Records will display “- -“. The Total Records will be the total records present within the selected CDP file. There is also an option to choose how many records to display on a page within Data Entry: 10, 25, 50 or 100.
Label Wrapping within Automation Manager Setup
The Automation Manager window has been updated to provide wrapping of characters on the labels. This is to ensure the full descriptions are visible within the setup window.

The following fixes are included in this release:
- Mapping: Attempting to map using an Assessment Area containing Connecticut counties resulted in error. That has been corrected. (#158304)
- Mapping: The county layer displayed on a map using 2024 geographic areas was for the old 2020 census areas. An updated layer has been provided and will be applied when the county layer is enabled on maps using a 2024 Assessment Area. (#159344)
- Mapping: The labels for census tracts did not include the decimal point. The map has been updated to include that in the label. (#160824)
- Data Entry: Negative income records were being grouped in the NA category for Applicant Income. The process has been updated to group negative income records in the Low-income category for Applicant Income moving forward. (#159355)
- To apply the new categorization to data that has already been loaded, you’ll need to run Update Derived Fields with the Demographics process selected.
- Reporting: Table 13 displayed different bank loan results based on the Report by Year setting which has been corrected. (#158322)
- Reporting: Table 8 grouped negative income records in the NA category. It has been updated to group them in the Low Category to align appropriately with regulations. (#158042)
- Reporting: The Exam Tables regarding Small Business/Small Farm reported 0’s when including a date range for 2024 through 2025. That has been corrected to use the most current available aggregate data. (#158862)
- Reporting: The HMDA Loan Application Register report displayed Exempt codes in the NMLSR and Credit Score fields when Modified LAR was enabled for institutions who were not flagged as exempt. This has been updated to display blank rather than the exempt codes. (# 159527)
- Reporting: An AA created with no census tracts selected was showing on one Performance Evaluation table. Per feedback from users, those tables were updated to display all selected AAs, even ones without any selected census tracts, keeping the tables consistent. (#159514)
- Reporting: An error occurred in the User Audit Report when it exceeded the browser limit. The report was updated with pagination to prevent the error from occurring. (#160827)
- Users: A user that had all institutions removed from access was still able to see data in the defaulted institution even though they were unable to select new files/institutions. This has been corrected to ensure the user would not have access to any data if they had no institutions assigned to them. (# 157334)
- DataPro: Debt to Income field errored when the value imported was more than 7 digits. That has been updated to match the value limit available within Data Entry. (#157009)
- DataPro: The Applicant Income Level was not being calculated on records when importing a submission file. That has been corrected. (#164921)
- Geocode: When enabled, the second geocoder was creating discrepancies within certain reports only resulting in double counts when summarizing by census tract. This error has been corrected. (#159366)
Coming Soon
We’re excited to share a few sneak peeks at some enhancements and changes coming out in future releases:
- To provide a better user experience, we are working towards building an automatic update for aggregate and static data. This will remove the need for a physical upgrade to load the data when updated data is released by CFPB or FFIEC.
- In 2026, we will continue to implement user experience enhancements. We value your feedback so please look for more information coming soon about how to share your feedback in our Community Forum!
