Customer/Member Dashboard – Prospects Enhancements
Have users that create Prospects when there is already one created for the same person or business? Or have a Prospect that got created but didn’t match to the new Household when it came in, due to incomplete name and address? This release is for you!
- New Prospect Validation - When creating a new Prospect, CallTrax will now validate against existing Prospects and Households to see if the new Prospect already exists, and if so, allow the user to select it instead of creating a new one. When a new Prospect is saved, the Prospect Name, Address, Email Address and Phone Number fields are matched against your database and any possible matches on any of those fields will bring back a “Possible matches to Prospect” list. Select one of the matches or click Add New Prospect to create a new one.
- Prospect Merge – A new Merge feature has been added to the Customer Dashboard on Prospects that allows a user to merge a Prospect with another Prospect or Household. Simply click on the Merge button, type in a Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address or Household Id to locate all potential matches you want to merge the current Prospect into. It will provide a list of both Prospects and Households that match your Search criteria. This will merge all the data including Activity Logs, Contacts, Documents and Notes into the selected Prospect/Household and delete out the existing one. It also deletes the Prospect out of ExecuTrax.
Setup Adjustments: A new permission has been added for the Merge button to appear on the Customer/Member Dashboard. It is a View claim under Customer/Member Dashboard – Prospects – Merge. When checked, Users with that Role will see the Merge button and be able to Merge Prospects into existing ones. No setup adjustments are needed for the new Prospect validating.
Customer/Member Dashboard – toggle off Closed Accounts
Under Summary – Information – Account Details, there is now the ability to hide closed accounts from the list by simply toggling off the Show Closed Accounts. This toggle is added for all Households and Individuals. It is toggled on by default to match what users are used to but can easily be clicked to toggle off by user. This is a local setting that will stick until the browser cache is deleted.

Administration – Permissions – Roles – Bulk Assign Users
There is now an easy way to not only assign new Users to a Role but also see and remove Users from a Role all under the new Bulk Assign Users button. The button has been added to all existing Roles except CallTrax Administrator. When a new Role is created, an option to Bulk Assign Users will be given when hitting Save to the new Role.
Setup Adjustments: Bulk Assign Users button is tied to the Administration – Permissions – Users – Edit claim. Will also need the View Roles claim to be able to access the Roles.
Discovery – Research – Field Group Manager Search
Search has been added to help narrow down your Field Groups by Name and Fields. Making it a quick way to locate a Field Group you have previously saved.

Administration – Permissions - Users
When accessing the Users page from CallTrax, two new fields display by default. Default Branch and ExecuTrax Officer. Those fields are from the User’s CallTrax Configuration tab. These fields give you the ability to at a quick glance make sure your Users are assigned to their correct Branch and if they open Accounts or add Prospects, then the correct ExecuTrax Officer is assigned to them as well.

MODIFICATIONS
- Customer/Member Dashboard will now display Addresses on the Search Results when searching by Address.
- Administration – Setup – Officer Groups has been renamed to User Groups.
- Administration – Split out SMTP/SFTP Settings page. Administration > Settings > SMTP Settings is used for all emails sent from Next including the Activity Log Email Notifications, Password Resets and ExecuTrax Next Trigger Results Email. A new Permission was added for that page to both View and Edit it.
- Upgrader will now truncate the dbo.MpsLogs, dbo.MpsApiLogs and dbo.IzendaLogs tables to help keep the growth of those tables more manageable.
BUG FIXES
- Fixed an issue where the phone number for Prospects and Partners didn’t display on the top left of the Customer/Member Dashboard.
- Fixed a bug with single user sign on that required extra clicking to log into Next.
