Enhancements
New Incentive Detail Report with additional fields including Product and Service
Located under the Goals and Incentive Reports category is a new report called Incentive Detail Report by Officer. This report is a quarterly incentive report that displays based on the CRM logged-in user. It includes additional fields to the traditional Incentive Detail report including Product, Account Type, Service, HouseholdId and IndividualId. If you are looking for more details on incentives, check the new report out!
Setup Adjustments: No setup required. Report will automatically be available with this version. This report can be published to the Dashboards by going to Administration – Reporting – Dashboard Elements. Click the Report, then Publish, and finally what roles should be able to see it as an option to select.
User invalid login attempts are now configurable
Now, you can adjust how many invalid login attempts can be made during a specific time frame for not just the CRM, but the whole Marquis NEXT platform.
Setup Adjustments: The default is set to 3 invalid login attempts during a 120-minute time frame. To adjust that or any other password requirements, go to Administration – Permissions – Users and click on Password Settings. These changes apply to all products under the Marquis NEXT platform, including the Marketing Data Platform.
Additional Modifications
Dashboard
- Search on the Customer (Member) Dashboard now allows two or more characters when searching on Name.
Discovery
- Output is now Action under Discovery – Research, with updated submenus for Output, Bulk Logs, and Activity Log Reports.
Permissions
- Updated Role permission from Officer Groups to User Groups under Administration – Setup to match the menu item name.
Reporting
- Removed the Output option at the bottom of the Log Production Summary, Pipeline, and Activity Log Reports. Now, it will only display at the top.
Email Notifications

- CRM logs created under MDP Automations will now send Email Notifications when created.
Bug Fixes
Prospects
- Fixed an issue where Prospect File Name could get wiped out by ExecuTrax on CRM added Prospects.
- Fixed a bug that prevented Activity Logs from being deleted when Prospects get deleted out of ExecuTrax.
Email Notifications
- Fixed an issue that prevented Email Notifications from sending when an Activity Log was part of a Workflow process.
Reporting
- Fixed a bug that prevented the Filter Detail Report from running when certain filter conditions were included.

- Fixed an issue that prevented some new Services setup in ExecuTrax from displaying in MDP and CRM.
