Enhancements
CRM Activity Logs are now part of the MDP Journey Orchestrator
Now you can add a CRM Activity Log to a Journey setup on the Marketing Data Platform side that will feed into your CRM. Add that personal touch to your Journeys or your automated interactions with your clients by having a team member follow up with a customer as part of the Journey progression. Don’t have Journeys set up in MDP? Contact us!
Setup Adjustments: No setup required for CRM. Requires access to Marketing Data Platform to set up the Journeys. Once set up, the CRM logs will automatically feed into the CRM.
New Filter report under Filter Manager
Now you can print your filters and filter groups from the Filter Manager under Discovery – Research.
Setup Adjustments: No setup required. If user has permissions for Filters, the report will be available to select.
Additional Modifications

- Updated Discovery – Research filtering to existing values that are blank data in the “Is blank / missing” operator for Email Addresses, Addresses and Phone Numbers. Applies only to MDP Imported Additional Customer Relationships.
- Added Individual Addresses to the Customer/Member Dashboard Search. Applies only to MDP Imported Additional Customer Relationships.
Bug Fixes
