Option to Make Activity Log Field Groups Required
If you use Activity Fields on your Activity Logs, now you can enable the feature to make them required when creating a new log or handling existing logs.
Setup Adjustments: Under Administration—Setup—CRM Settings—Activity Log Field Groups, simply toggle on Make Activity Field Groups Required. Logs already in Done status will not require a group to be selected, but Open and New logs will.
New Help Chat Bot
A new interactive help chat button has been added. Simply click the chat icon, and a chat window will display. Enter in the question or information you are looking for, and it will return resources that can be selected to review.
Setup Adjustments: No setup required. Automatically added when the release is installed. Any user with CRM access will now see it displayed at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
