Enhancements
We appreciated all those that attended our CRM forum at the end of last year and we want you to know that we heard you! This release has several enhancements that came out of that discussion!
Red is out. Purple is in! Marquis has gone through a rebranding campaign and this release features some of those branding changes, including CallTrax Next being renamed to CRM.
Activity Log Fields Enhancements for Discovery – Research
- Want to get a list of all activity logs that have a particular Activity Fields group? Activity Logs – Activity Fields Group has been added to both Filtering and Field Groups.
- Want a report that provides details about the activity logs including Comments and the Activity Fields? That report is now available under Output – Activity Log Report – Activity Fields.
- The Activity Log Report now includes the Activity Fields group by default.
- Both the Activity Log Report and Activity Log Report – Activity Fields Report give the option to Output to a CSV, which provides a one row per log view of the report.
Setup Adjustments: No setup required. Automatically added when the release is installed.
Activity Log Field Enhancements for Discovery – Reporting
Create simple and advanced level reports using new fields and views that can also be published on the Dashboard.
- The CallTrax Activity Log Report View now includes Activity Log Field Group and Comments. Example of using one of the new fields as a chart:
- There have also been two new views added for CallTrax Activity Log Field Group Fields and CallTrax Activity Log Pipeline Types. These two views allow the ability to join with the existing CallTrax Activity Log Report View and create reports on activity logs with specific fields and values. Here is an example of a report created using one of those new views:
Setup Adjustments: New fields and views will be available to create reports and Dashboard elements when release is installed. Click on HELP within the CRM to learn more about customizing reports.
Activity Log Field Enhancements for Customer (Member) Dashboard
Activity Field groups can now be set up to delay when a log is due by days. When an Activity Fields group is selected on an Activity Log, if there is a delay set up for that group, the Activity Log will automatically adjust the date by that many days.
Setup Adjustments: Under Administration – Setup – CRM Settings, click on Activity Log Setup and click on the Edit icon next to any existing Activity Log Field Groups to add a Delay Due Date.
Customer/Member Dashboard – Delete button added for Prospects/Partners
Have Prospects or Partners that got created by accident, and you need to get rid of them? We have added a Delete button just for that!
Setup Adjustments: A new permission has been added for the Delete button to appear on the Customer/Member Dashboard. It is a Delete claim under Customer/Member Dashboard – Prospects/Partners. When checked, Users with that Role will see the Delete button under Edit.
Discovery – Research – Filtering
Added the ability to filter on Household and Customer (Member) Note fields.
Setup Adjustments: No setup required. Automatically added when the release is installed.
Administration – Settings – Single-on Settings
Enable and manage using a single sign-on for the Marquis Next platform through this new page.
Setup Adjustments: If you previously had a single sign-on, we recommend verifying the settings after taking the release through this new page. Only Administrations will have access and being able to edit these settings.
Modifications
- CRM will automatically take users to the Work List by default, removing the landing image that used to be there.
- Customer/Member Dashboard will now display Prospect, Partner, Household or Individual for the header when clicking on Edit.
- Administration – Setup - CallTrax Settings is now CRM Settings
- Administration – Permissions – Users – Configuration tab for CRM when editing or adding users will now display the label User instead of Officer.
- Discovery – Research – Output – Print no longer includes the Marquis logo at the top.
- Have CallTrax Users and ExecuTrax Officers that are no longer with your organization that you would like to delete but don’t because of the existing data that would need to clean up as well? They can help you through a new cleanup routine that can take care of both Officers and Users and clean up the data in the CRM, Marketing Data Platform and ExecuTrax all at once. Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where SMTP Settings were being reverted during the installation of the release.
- Fixed an issue where the ETL would throw an error if Incentive Groups had invalid users.
